Juan Carlos Cruz Osorio was born in 1976 in Holguín, Cuba, and currently lives and works in Pompano Beach, Florida. He began his formal training at the Holguín School of Art and later earned a Master of Fine Arts degree from Miami International University of Art and Design.

His work explores the intersection of classical and contemporary art through a personal visual language rooted in surrealism and magical realism. With a strong emphasis on both conceptual depth and technical refinement, Juan Carlos creates figurative worlds that navigate the space between reality and dreams.

He has exhibited in Quito, Ecuador; Fort Myers and Miami, Florida, including solo shows at ID Art Supply Store and Kimpton Epic Hotel.
